Steamrite uses only truck mounted hot water extraction. This method has been proven in the industry to thoroughly clean your carpet. We recommend steam cleaning to all of our clients regardless of your chosen company.

We begin each job by applying our patented pre-spay agent to the surface of your carpet. Next, we clean and extract the carpet with a hot (210 degree) water solution. Our extract solution contains only a small amount of rinse, promoting revitalization of your carpet, while allowing it to be as clean as possible. Steamrite's cleaning process is recommended by major carpet manufacturers.

After a professional spotting, extraction and cleaning of your carpets, we highly recommend a protective spray coating of Maxim Protective Coating. We especially recommend protecting high traffic areas such as a family room, hallways and stairs. Of course, for maximum protection, it is advisable to protect all areas which have been cleaned.
