Steamrite Air Duct Cleaning includes the following:

  1. Each duct cleaner will open access ports or doors to access the system to be cleaned and inspected.
  2. We use quality vacuum equipment that is HEPA filtered or exhausts outside of the home.
  3. We use brushing, whipping, “skipper balls” and air washing methods of agitation to dislodge the dirt in a controlled manner.
  4. We will clean all of the air distribution system including registers, grills, diffusers, supply and returns, trunk lines, panning and plenums.
  5. Blower motors and squirrel cages will be cleaned, drain pans freed from dirt, coils and heat exchangers visibly clean.
  6. We make sure all openings and accesses are sealed properly.
  7. We start the system, make sure everything is running, properly checking for leaks in all accesses.
  8. Upon request Steamrite's technicians can fog your system with and EPA registered disinfectant (Envirocon) for an additional charge.
  9. Steamrite promises to provide you with outstanding service, charge only a fair price and never sell what is not needed.

NOTE: Dryer vent cleaning is recommended to avoid fires, and improve your dryer's efficiency.
